If I could do zero stars I would. This company is NOT interested in customer service or in helping their customers get the product need. If you pay the money for anything from this company cross your fingers that it arrives on time and in perfect shape. Custumer service will not help you.
Crappy case; crappy return policy; crappy rating from Better Business Bureau (F). DOn;t buy from these people. Cases are way overpriced and poor quality (for protection purposes). Their return policy is 15 days!!!! How will that work during Christmas. And their customer service is totally non-responsive.

There's a reason they have an F rating with the BBB.
I sent an inquiry to their "customer service" in relation to an order I placed just moments earlier. Thinking that they'd get back to me in a reasonable time frame, I didn't worry too much about it. After three days and follow up emails, I finally received a reply, but it was too little and too late. Their entire customer service model is juvenile. They blame COVID as the reason why they're unable to answer an email within three days. I'm sick of businesses just using that as an excuse for poor customer service. What was their excuse when they couldn't be bothered to reply to any customer complaints sent to the BBB before COVID?
Here's some advice. You should realize it's often the parents of your customers completing the transactions. Having hearts and xoxo in your emailsbis cute and everything, but it doesn't replace a reply to a paying customer in a reasonable and timely manner.
My daughter loves these cases for some reason, so I purchased one for her birthday. I never received an order confirmation email, so I emailed their support all my info and a screen shot of the order confirmation page. It took them 3 days to respond, and then they just asked for the same info I already gave them. Two days later, no reply so I emailed them again.
The phone did show up on time and it is average at best, a bit on cheap looking side, but their support is horrible.
I think the cases themselves seem great, but the company lacks customer service and a will to genuinly aid customers. I ordered my case in the first week of January. It was on sale, and I got it because I didn't want to spend a ludicrious amount of money on a case and company I had never bought from before. I am grateful I did not purchase a $60 case because the case I purchased has not been delivered. My tracking number says that it was delivered, but I never recieved the case. I have contacted WIldflower many, many times throughout my search for the case. They only suggested I file a claim as if they didn't believe me. I understand that they do not work with the USPS post office, but I would think that with such a big company, they would be able to refund me my $12 since they refused to file a USPS claim themselves. It has been almost two months and I have spent wayyy too much time attempting to contact this company and USPS. Do not get these cases, it just isn't worth the risk if there is a defect.
Seeing all of the negative reviews is surprising. I’ve never had any issue with my cases and I’ve ordered from them about 3 times now. The quality of the cases are nice and the designs are really cute. I would also like to think the cases are pretty protective. I’ve dropped my phone a few times and didn’t see a scratch.

Do not expect any sort of reasonable customer service from Wildflower. We bought the wrong size by accident, wrote within 5 minutes of the order, but they would not change order. We then purchased the correct size so it would be here by Christmas. However, they would not accept a return for the iPhone 11 case even though we purchased an iPhone 12 case. Said we were beyond 10 days (they counted Christmas ever through New Years. So we are out of luck. Buyer beware and check out all of their Better Business Bureau complaints. I should have researched them better.
No refunds or exchanges after 15 days, even during the holidays. Not a serious business.
Ordered two cases as Christmas Gifts. When they were opened Christmas morning we realized they were the wrong size. I immediately emailed the company to find out about EXCHANGING them. 3 days later I get an email saying basically I’m out of luck! But- they can offer me 10% off on my next purchase. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service - instead of allowing customers to exchange and possibly make future purchases, Wildflower chooses to handle it this way. Clearly, they don’t care about the longevity of their company. I will never purchase from them again and I will take every opportunity to spread the word about how they treat their customers. I guess they must be doing really well during the pandemic to not value their customers. I’ll update my review if they decide to do the right thing.

Very bad customer service!!! My daughter accidently ordered the wrong size phone case. It was within the 10 day time frame I requested to exchange for a different size. I was told due to it being a Black Friday sale, there were no exchanges. I even offered to pay shipping and the price difference of what the case is now....just so we wouldn't be out $25. The customer service rep said no. My daughter is extremely disappointed. Will never order from here again. Case going in the trash!!
Do not purchase from this company. They have a very limited exchange policy. They would not extend their 10 day policy even for the holidays. I ordered a case early so that it would arrive in plenty of time. It came and was opened on the holiday which was more than 10 days later. The recipient has a different phone than the case I ordered it for and they would not even exchange it. I spoke with customer service and was told it’s too bad I was outside the 10 days. I just threw away $35. NEVER AGAIN
